I am blessed to be able to make cooking for others my career as Executive Chef of Whitetail Heaven Outfitters. I have practiced and perfected my craft, constantly storing and exploring culinary ideas along the way. Today, I continue to create my way through the kitchen one dish at a time, and now I want to share it all with you!

My serving size seems to be growing every day, but it all began with a pound of passion, a cup of creativity, and a heaping handful of hard work. I am mixed with love and intensity, allowing my confidence to rise over time. I've also added a whole lot of practice and support. Sometimes I feel roughly chopped and imperfect, but thankfully I'm moderately seasoned and have been left to marinate to perfection!
I've always been a hard worker and a dreamer, and I married a brilliant, no-fear entrepreneur. From there, I discovered the opportunity to use my love of cooking, creating, and accommodating to help grow an exciting business. It started at Whitetail Heaven Outfitters, where I served non-resident hunters from all around the United States. Soon, I realized that cooking was my calling, and with my book, Dinner at the Lodge, I hope to help others discover their hidden culinary talents.
